Red Dots for Hunting
One of the most popular ways for folks to use our red dot sights is for hunting. If your firearm has a Picatinny or Weaver rail on it, we have a red dot sight for your next hunt.
The question of what to hunt with a red dot really comes down to the firearm you’re using and the distances you hunt in.
If you’re using a handgun to hunt it’s probably a large frame revolver or one of the break-action single-shot handguns on the market. For these firearms a red dot is perfect.
If turkey is your game, a red dot is great for your shotgun. The same also applies if you hunt whitetail in a shotgun zone.
If you have a brush gun or lever gun for short ranges, a red dot gives a great field of view and the ability to get on target fast.
