Q: My BackTrack will not turn on OR I’m not sure I have the batteries installed correctly-which way do they go? (All original/round BackTrack models)

A: Make sure you have two new alkaline or lithium “AAA” batteries installed as shown, with the negative (-) terminal of each battery (flat end) in contact with the spring.
