Military Sales Manager - NATIONAL #27-13
This position will have full responsibility for developing and executing on our Military Sales strategies. They will work closely with Marketing to determine the product offering (and marketing support) that best aligns Bushnell for success in this channel.
This is a national position that can be based from any US location.
Managing sales and sales relationships at each appropriate branch of the military.
Manage / Support all military distribution at the regional levels.
Must be able to network at the Field, Program Manager and senior officer level to influence decision making.
Manage all administration associated with the bid process.
Have the ability to communicate and collaborate cross functionally with the organization to gain support and execute on key military projects.
Identify / work relevant trade shows.
Manage the business within the assigned expense budgets.
Education: degree in a related field preferred, military rank of Major or higher
Years of Related Experience: 10+ years military experience, 3-5 years military sales experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: strong sales background in military marketplace including foreign military sales; excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills; results and bottom line oriented; basic PC skills including Microsoft Office; prior military service preferred
